Everything went well, however the tech said he was unable to test the battery because he couldn't remove the panel in the trunk where the battery is. I'm very confused, because you can see the battery when you open the trunk and the panel is very easy to remove, I've done it myself???

There has been a continual lack of communication. The salesman Brett promised my truck would be shipped & received 2 days after the Docusign paperwork was completed, that was a week ago and he has stopped all communication 5 days ago. It's now a week after they received my wire transfer and no truck and no idea when my truck will arrive.

I had 2 vehicles come in for service. After waiting almost 2 weeks in order to get in the one vehicle had derated to the point I could no longer leave town with it. The first one had 4 or 5 things on the list, that was not only with the service order but also on a piece of paper on the dash when delivered. The most obvious was a very loud serpentine belt. Even if this wouldn't have been listed as an issue the technician should have known this was an issue that needed attention. The second vehicle had an oil leak as the main issue. Since I had to wait so long to just get it in for them to just look at it, the def system started to have issues. I called and also came into the shop in hopes of clearing the codes. They wouldn't clear and I was unable to drive the vehicle on the highway due to the derate. When I got the call saying my truck was ready, I asked about the def system. Casey was gone so someone else called and they said they didn't have anything on the service order for a code. I said it should have been pretty obvious since the truck was derated on the dash. He said he had also runs the diagnostic computer on all the vehicles that come in. When he looked back yes it showed active codes that should have been addressed. 2 vehicles in the same week that had VERY obvious issues that needed attention, one being written down in 2 places and you could hear it from across the parking lot. The other being major derate codes. I get things get forgotten about in the office, but the tech should have also caught both of these issues very easily.
