My GM Rewards Card
Enhance your Experience with the My GM Rewards Card™
Signing up is free and no purchase is required. To set up your My GM Rewards account, use the enrollment application and accept the program's terms and conditions. Enroll using your My Account credentials for a single login experience across GM programs. Your participating dealer can assist with the enrollment process, or our GM Rewards Member Support Center is available Monday – Saturday, 9 a.m.–8 p.m. (EST).
Once enrolled, members can customize their program experience by completing their account profile, located under the My GM Rewards Preferences link on the Rewards home page. They can also link other GM accounts to the new My GM Rewards account for added benefits. Enrolling in My GM Rewards benefits members by earning points for the purchase or lease of an eligible, new GM vehicle†; Certified Pre-Owned vehicle; CarBravo purchase; GM Certified Service and accessories/parts† at participating dealerships; most OnStar® Plans† and GM Financial†.
Program Rules:
- Members must be 18 years or older and live in the U.S. to join the My GM Rewards program.
- There may be more than one account within a household as each person at the same address can have their own account. However, you cannot merge an account with another family member.
- Each member account can have only one email associated with a My GM Rewards account.
- GM employees, retirees and supplier employees are eligible for this program.
- Some GM vehicles are not eligible to earn and redeem points on this program. See your participating dealer for exclusions.
- Your brand preference is the brand you enroll through, but you can change your preference at any time by going into your My Account My GM Rewards Preferences page and updating your program brand preference.
- After the initial tier placement, you can maintain or move to a new tier level in one of three ways: GM vehicle spend; obtaining a My GM Rewards® Mastercard®† or My GM Rewards® Mastercard® annual spend; spend on GM products or services. You can find your most recent tier progress on your My GM Rewards dashboard. For more information on tier status when enrolling, see benefits and tiers.

How it Works
Once enrolled in the My GM Rewards program, you’ll earn points for most things you do with GM. (Visit the My GM Rewards overview page to enroll.) The points will be added to your account within 14 days after earning on eligible GM products and services purchased. There is no limit on how many points you can earn, and all points earned with any GM brand goes toward your points balance. Log in to your My GM Rewards account to view the “Earn” tab within your Dashboard.
Earn on your Purchases with GM
- All members earn 1 point per $5 spent on an eligible, new GM vehicle† purchase or lease.
- Members earn 3 points per $1 spent on eligible paid Certified Service, eligible accessories, GM Genuine Parts and ACDelco parts†, and most OnStar® Plans.†
- All members earn 2,500 points ($25 value) with the purchase of a GM Pre-Owned vehicle at a participating dealer.
- Earn 500 points ($5 value) with the purchase of a GM Protection Plan† at a participating dealer.
Earn more with the My GM Rewards® Mastercard®
Earn additional points with the My GM Rewards® Mastercard®†. All Cardmembers earn 4 points† per $1 spent on everything, anywhere, and earn 7 total points† per $1 spent on paid GM Certified Service, eligible accessories online and at participating GM dealers, GM Genuine Parts and ACDelco parts, most OnStar® Plans, and more.
Redeeming with my GM Rewards
My GM Rewards† members can redeem points on more than the purchase or lease of an eligible, new GM vehicle†. Redemption options are flexible for your convenience on a variety of paid Certified Service, eligible accessories, GM Genuine Parts and ACDelco parts and most OnStar® plans, to name a few.
With My GM Rewards, you can redeem points online or at your participating GM dealer. To view your current points balance and redemption options, log in to your My GM Rewards Dashboard within My Account.
How to Redeem
Redeem Points at Your Participating GM Dealer
On Eligible, New GM Vehicle Purchase or Lease
Visit a participating dealer to redeem your points† toward an eligible, new GM vehicle purchase or lease. Just let your dealer know you want to use your points toward the purchase and provide them the last four digits of your account number to redeem. On Chevrolet, Buick, GMC or Cadillac Certified Pre Owned Vehicles Gold and Platinum tier Members can redeem points† toward a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle purchase at a participating GM Dealership: Up to $500 for Gold members and $750 for Platinum members. On Certified Service, Accessories, GM Genuine Parts and ACDelco Parts and GM Protection Plan Redeem points toward paid Certified Service†, eligible accessories†, GM Genuine Parts and ACDelco parts, and the GM Protection Plan†. Just let your dealer know you want to use your points toward the purchase and provide them the last four digits of your account number to redeem.
Have your Member # ready before you visit the dealership.
Your dealer will need your Member # in order to redeem your points.
How to find your Member #: Visit mygmrewards.com
- Click on “My Account” in the top right corner and sign in
- After signing in, click on your profile in the top right corner
- Click on “Account” in the drop-down menu
- Your Member # will be displayed underneath the “My GM Rewards” section
Redeeming Points Online
GM Accessories and Parts, OnStar®, and GM Financial
Redeem points online toward most OnStar plans†. To redeem, log in to your GM My Account and go to your My GM Rewards dashboard. Then, click on the “Redeem” tab. Select “OnStar® Plans,” and then choose the connected vehicle and plan you’d like to redeem toward.
Please note: When activating OnStar plans by redeeming points it may take up to 24—48 hours for service to begin.
GM Accessories and Parts
Redeem points online toward eligible accessories and parts. Go to the GM Accessories website and log in to your account at the top right corner. When you’re ready to checkout, click “Secure Checkout” and underneath your Order Summary, you will see the My GM Rewards section where you can enter the number of points you’d like to redeem toward your purchase.
GM Financial
Redeem points online as a credit towards your GM Financial account. To redeem, go to gmfinancial.com and log in. Then, just enter the amount you'd like to redeem when prompted. Redeemed points will automatically be removed from your account.
Please note: A minimum of $5.00 in points is required to be eligible to redeem toward a GMF bill pay statement. Customer is still responsible for ensuring all required payments are made on time. All point redemptions are final and cannot be reversed. Your credit will appear within 1-3 business days. Additionally, the last name of the member must match both your GM Financial and My GM Rewards accounts.
Rewarding Experiences
Redeem points online toward special events hosted by GM.
To redeem:
- Log in to your GM My Account and go to your My GM Rewards dashboard.
- Click the “Rewarding Experiences” tile within the “Redeem” tab to see a list of experiences currently offered.
- Then click the “Learn More” button to see the details of the event. The “Detail Page” will show what’s included with the experience and how many points are needed to redeem.
- Click “Redeem Now,” and you’ll be taken to a confirmation page with instructions on how to receive your tickets and Welcome Kit.
Please note: Member must have the specified number of points available to redeem per each Rewarding Experience. Member is responsible for ensuring event tickets are used within the time period specified for each Rewarding Experience. Redeemed points will be deducted from Member’s account whether or not they attend the event. Experiences are nontransferable.
On Eligible, New GM Vehicle Purchase or Lease
You can redeem points online toward an eligible, new GM vehicle purchase† or lease. How to Redeem: Once you’re ready for your next new ride, visit your participating dealership and let them know you’d like to apply points from My GM Rewards toward the purchase or lease, and let them know your Rewards account number. Points will be automatically removed from your account once the purchase is complete.
